Jasmin Ariel Floyd is an intelligent, imaginative and talented young artist who lives in Woodstock, CT. Jasmin loves school, especially History and enjoys Reading, Beanies and Gamecube video games.  When Jasmin was 5½ she was diagnosed with a very rare genetic bone disease, Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (IFOPA link) .  FOP causes bone cells to form within muscles, tendons and other connective tissue, forming a second skeleton that is immobilizing her body. Jasmin and her parents began the Jasmin Ariel Creations company, creating greeting cards, stationery, calendars and other gifts to help raise awareness and funding for FOP research. Now in its eighth year, Jasmin's company continues to grow with very positive community support. THANK YOU!
